Employees allergic to being helpful in any capacity. Was not helpful at servicing a standard print job, lacked basic knowledge of adjusting a photo to print to an already sized pdf. Did not know how to handle a physical media and insisted uploading through a QR code as if no other options were available.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional honesty and professionalism of the staff at this store . Last week , I accidentally left my AirPods in the store washroom. I realized my mistake much later in the evening and rushed back, worried they might be lost for good. To my relief, one of the staff members had found the AirPods and safely kept them aside. After verifying my details, they promptly returned them to me. This level of integrity and customer care is truly commendable. Came to have a large photo print cut to size to fit in a picture frame. Guy at the counter seemed disinterested and just directed me to the self serve area where there was a tiny paper trimmer that didn’t fit my print. No one else was around to help so I left. I thought Staples stores were supposed to offer professional cutting and printing services?

My experience at the cashier today was absolutely unacceptable. Despite purchasing three large items, the cashier completely ignored basic courtesy—no 'please,' no 'thank you,' not even the offer of a bag or assistance. Instead, she thrust the receipt at me and moved on to the next customer without a second thought. I was left scrambling to pack my own purchases at the counter, jostled by other customers and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. With three backpacks to manage and no help in sight, I ended up dropping items and my phone due to the chaotic and rushed environment. To add insult to injury, there were four empty counters nearby, but the cashier chose to serve another customer at the same counter immediately, as if I were undeserving of even a moment to gather my things. I had to relocate my entire purchase to another counter just to pack it properly. This wasn’t just bad service—it was outright disrespectful and demonstrates an appalling lack of training, manners, and basic customer service standards.

I came in with the wrong return label printed, and he quickly helped me print the correct one, saving me a trip back home. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful.
