Hello Don’t may cost me a steak dinner lol, I went in today and was so pleased with the greeting and customer service I received from one young lady named Deena, I think she said her name was and water to be recognized for her impeccable customer service. She was very kind, extremely helpful and very helpful. Really understood what customer service meant, definitely would return because of the friendly and welcoming environment with a great service. Makes a difference when you get treated well and greeted with a friendly staff. All the staff seemed happy, enjoyed their jobs and happy to be working here. Thanks Deena

My daughter asked one of the workers if she was aware there was a bunch of dead fish in the tank with live fish and she goes “yup” one fish was there so long it was fuzzy… not healthy for the other fish for sure. Two staff had an attitude as well. I’ll stick to the petvalu on the other side of town.

I absolutely love this place. I come all the way from Bowmanville to see Amanda specifically. Shes easy going and knows what shes doing when it comes to all kinda of dogs and their needs. She does an amazing job grooming my three crazy aussies, making them look like real respectful beasts 🤣 highly highly recommend her for any training needs as well. 10/10 worth the drive out there if you want a truly rewarding grooming experience 😊

Lying and spreading misinformation about there cats. There is no SINGLE CAT SYNDROME the only time two cats should be adopted together is if it's a bonded pair which would not be the case for KITTENS. I wonder how else they're extremely mis informed

I’m not one to typically write reviews but I was very impressed, the review was worthy. After having a fun day at the farm of rolling in all sorts of nasty smells, my pup got to try out the dog wash station. Very clean and stocked with all supplies you need (shampoo/conditioner/apron for yourself/dryer/towels/treats). Very affordable and with the stairs for her to climb into the tub and leash to secure her, saved me the stress of keeping her in my tub at home. Staff were incredibly friendly and showed me where all the supplies are, and even helped find sample bags for me to try for my new picky pup at home. Will be using the dog wash every time from now on!
