They never told me the brand Acana that they sell was slowly killing my dog. Accomplice of my dog passing . They don’t care and let me buy it for years and years , slowly destroying my dog s heart. I asked if that brand was good or if I should go with raw food , they never provided any good advice . For years I was giving them money in exchange of a bag of poison. I guess they are simply retailer not pets knowledgeable professionals.

I've shopped here for nearly 20 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and offer help carrying large or heavy items. I benefit about once a year from the "13th bag free" frequent buyer program, which is universal at all Tisol sites.

This location of Tisol is quite big and carries tons of cat, dog and other pet supplies, etc. The staff is super friendly, the store is huge. If you live nearby Main st, definitely come by check them out. Keep it up Tisol.

This review is specifically for a sales associate named Sandy. Sandy helped me by calling many stores to track down a clearance item, and eventually ordered it from a warehouse for me. She definitely went above and beyond. I have shopped frequently here and staff have always tried their best. Overall, staff have always been exceptionally friendly and kind to both human and 4 legged friends in this store. If I could give Sandy 10 stars I would.

When calling for delivery they say you have to call before 5pm when most people work until 5. I told them it didn’t matter if they sent the delivery on a different day, if they could just take my order when calling at 6pm and punch it in the next day or whatever they had to do, but they refused and said I had to call before 5pm for delivery even if it was for a different day - So I guess I will be getting my cat food delivered from a different store!

I love coming here to buy things for my dog. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, they're nice to talk to and very knowledgeable! If you make an account, you can get a buy 3 get 1 free offer for any same brand and size of pet food!! Anyways, have a picture of my favourite brand of treats, Yappitizers 💖

I was having trouble finding what my dog eats and this location was able to keep me covered, even putting aside a few bags until I got there, thanks! It's a pretty big pet food store with a good selection of dog food and other pet supplies, my Little Man sure enjoyed checking the place out! Glad I made the trip from down, we'll be shopping a lot there I can already tell!
