Bosley's

I used the dog wash service and it was amazing. I thought it would be a nightmare for huskies but the equipment is nice and the products used are nice too. They give you treats to help with the process and the service from the associate was great too. Def recommend it

I went in Bosleys today to get pet shampoo today and I wasn’t sure what to choose, there was lots of selection! Paige walked over and asked if I needed help, I told her what kind of dogs and I had and what their needs are! She was very helpful and informative with one specific shampoo( earth rated) so much so even though I’m bathing my dogs tomorrow, I had to try it so I used it on my hands! I could not wait! The smell is not only amazing the texture is even better and it lathered well! I can’t wait to bath my dog tomorrow!! I also want to say I was impressed with her customer service and how passion she was about her job! It was so nice to see this considering how much the world has changed! Thank you for such a great visit and holding the door on my way out since I had lots of groceries!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I came in to look for a top-opening pet carrier for my cat. The staff are amazing, they asked me about my pet, size, weight, etc... and took me right away to an array of items most suitable for my pets needs. The staff also recommended based on their own personal use with their pets. The staff as well assembled the item for me right on the spot. There customer service is above and beyond, and you can tell how much they love their job and their pets, as they would not recommend anything if they wouldn't use it for their animals. As a pet owner knowing that speaks louder than words every could. I would and will recommend this store location to anyone and will be making them my personal pet store. Mother of pearl, this place is a gem! If I didn't have a day job, I would be applying on the spot due to the positive vibes and fun atmosphere. My boy Norman has been coming here since he was a puppy and all of the staff have treated him with patience and kindness, even when he is bouncing off the wall with energy. The manager Gwen is the cream of the crop and is attentive to her customers. Norman always gets his beloved blue ball here and lots of attention- two of his favourite things. Go to this store, ya'll! This is a great pet store! The staff is always so friendly and available to help. They always have lots of different sales and the knowledgeable staff is able to provide suggestions... I only wish they had a cat at this location 😂

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BY FAR!!!! i cant say enough good things about this staff and this place, im autistic and am on a learning journey with my puppy i rescued and they have been there for me every step of the way, they are my go to.. they saved me alot, just there advice is even worth a visit for, these guys are great. go here first and if they dont got it or its cheaper sumwhere else they will ligit let you know before you buy <3 god bless these saints <3 ps jocelyn says she loves you guys too <3 :)

Can not thank the staff at this specific location enough. They really care and love their jobs. A few months back my cat started having reactions to chicken. They provided me with a generous amount of samples of a single protien cat food. GO SOLUTIONS. Reactions have stopped. Please visit this store location and take care of the staff. They are a special bunch at this location.
